Acceptable Use Policy

Banned offers

• Payday, title or other high-cost short-term loans, debt relief or credit repair.
• Gambling, sweepstakes, lotteries and prize promotions.
• Adult content, weapons, ammunition, tobacco, vaping, cannabis and drugs.
• Crypto or other speculative investments, and get-rich-quick or multi-level marketing schemes.
• Financial, insurance, legal, medical or real estate services offered without the required license.
• Anything illegal where the customer is, or that is false, misleading or deceptive.

Banned conduct

• Faking orders, customers, choices or leads, or using bots, scripts or incentives to make customers choose offers.
• Choosing offers yourself, or having your staff, family or affiliates do so, to earn or move money.
• Sending Munja information you have no right to share, or phone numbers, payment details, government IDs, health or biometric information, or information about anyone under 18.
• Calling or texting customers without your own legally required consent, or spamming them.
• Changing, hiding or imitating an offer, its button or its consent line.
• Probing, scanning or testing Munja's security, overloading it, scraping it, reverse engineering it, or getting around rate limits or access controls.
• Sharing API keys or accounts, or using Munja to build a competing product.
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

Report misuse to support@getmunja.com. We may investigate, keep records, and cooperate with law enforcement.
